Lots of space for movement & activities. Small climbing wall too & all the functional fitness equipment you can think of.
1. Functional training: A combination of strength and conditioning using free-weight and body weight exercises to build stronger, fitter and resilient bodies.
2. Mobility: Breathing, stretching and exploring the full range of motion to improve body awareness and gain better control while being in motion
3. Animal Flow: A bodyweight ground-based movement form involving balance, coordination and fun to help develop better motor control and unleash your creativity.

1. Physical Sessions
1. Monday to Saturday 6:30-7:30AM, 8:30-9:30AM
2. Evening sessions: ****Monday to Friday 5-6PM, 7-8PM
2. Online Sessions
1. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30AM, 7:30AM, 7PM
2. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 7:30AM
3. Saturday is a half-day and Sunday is a holiday.
