2. Kinetics Fitness Bootcamp: The basic fitness program component is only 30 minutes a day from Monday to Friday but will give you martial arts based fitness foundation to move into any sport, activity or challenge and hit the ground running. They use High as well as low intensity, high volume full-body combat fitness with complex movements and completely scalable progressions. Their periodisation and programming is based on solid sports science and time tested martial arts strengthening components. This program is a stepping stone into the world of MMA and will build a “Martial Artist’s” agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, explosive power, endurance and focus across the board.

3. Core Combat MMA: Core Combat starts off with combat sports warm up sessions followed with supplementary combat sports skills and finishes off with MMA techniques and drills.

1. **Focus:** Combat Sports (MMA) for competitive fighters.

2. **Components:** Striking, Take-down and Grappling skills, Mental Conditioning, Physical Conditioning, Strategy.

3. **Systems:** Sambo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Brazillian Jujitsu.

4. Knock Out: Boxing: The first 30 minutes of every training session consists of a warm-up and supplementary exercises, where fighters train alongside performance fitness athletes. The next 30 minutes is dedicated purely to proper Boxing techniques. Depending on your progression and skill level, class duration will begin with 30 minutes and will gradually ramp up to a 60, 90 or even 120 min session for seniors.

1. **Focus:** Striking and Muay Thai Classes for competitive athletes, self defense and physical fitness.

2. **Components:** The Guard, Punching & Combos, Evasion, Footwork, Blocking, Mental Conditioning, Physical Conditioning, Strategy.

3. **Systems:** Olympic Boxing, Pro Boxing, Muay Thai and Dutch Kick Boxing

5. Personal Training: Premium targeted personal training module is reserved for clients who are serious about being the best version of themselves that they can be. It is a completely tailor-made one-on-one program that includes lifestyle programming, exercise and nutrition. Clients are also granted free access to group sessions up to 3 times a week.
